The coaching services provided by Sonju Walker LLC (the "Company") are designed to provide education, motivation, and lifestyle support.

You must be eighteen (18) years and have the legal ability to agree to this Terms and Conditions (the "ToC") thus, if you are under the age of eighteen (18) or you do not agree to the ToC below, STOP now, and do not use our Website, Products or its Content. By purchasing or using the Website and its Content, you are implicitly agreeing to accept all parts of this ToC. 

• No Medical Advice: The Company is not a medical provider. Coaches are not acting as licensed physicians, psychiatrists, or clinical dietitians.

• Disclaimer: Our services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice or mental health therapy. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding any medical condition.

You acknowledge that you are a voluntary participant in these services and assume all risks, known or unknown.

• Physical Activity: You represent that you are in good health and have consulted a physician before starting any new wellness, nutrition, or exercise program.

• Results: While we provide the tools, results depend on your individual effort and commitment. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes.

Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

• Payment: All fees for coaching packages, workshops, or digital products are due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of coaching and the immediate delivery of digital materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided for partially used packages.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for session rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that session.

Confidentiality

The Company respects your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., if there is a perceived threat of harm to yourself or others).

Intellectual Property

All materials provided (guides, PDFs, videos, and worksheets) are the intellectual property of Sonju Walker LLC. These are for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonju Walker LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services or reliance on the information provided.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lake County, Illinois.
